June 2, 2010 – Update!
Our meeting is scheduled for this Saturday, June 5th, 2010 and will be at the Sands Motel in Cadillac at 1pm. Please plan on attending. The following agenda will make it very informative and interesting.
1. An update on our financial fund-raising
2. Planning of our next snowmobile expedition for 2011
3. Discussion on a possible motorcycle outing to Sturgis, South Dakota in August.
4. Guest speaker, Tom Karlya, Senior Vice President of the Diabetes Research Institute.
Tom has made it very clear to me that his purpose for attending our meeting is to give thanks to each and every rider who participated in MichCanSka.
5. Guest speaker, Ric Federau, Co-Chairman of the I-500 Sault Ste. Marie Race.
Ric will comment on the partnership that has been formed with MichCanSka and the I-500 board of directors.
6. Guest speaker, Mike Grant, will update us on the video development and give us a video presentation.
7. We will need your stories (written) and pictures of the greatest ride ever so we can put together a documentary.
8. Certificates will be handed out to those who completed the trip and also to those who went part of the distance.
Also for a special treat Bill Bradfield is going to “ride” his Ski-Doo to the meeting. You have to see this! See you Saturday.
