MichCanSka’s main fundraising ride is off to a great start. The group will do a “loop” ride daily (out and back) to the Holiday Inn Hotel in Marquette MI. Monday’s ride took the group to Big Bay and back. Tuesday’s ride took the group on the famous #8 Trail though Gwinn, Chatham, Munising, Shingleton, Christmas and back to home base. Wednesday’s ride included Gwinn, Republic, Ishpeming and back to the hotel. The group will be riding through Friday raising money for our Club’s designated diabetes charities: JDRF, ADA (American Diabetes Association) and DC (Diabetes Canada). We wish them safe travels and congratulate them on being able to put together this ride given the Covid challenges we have been enduring. MichCanSka members have collectively ridden over 500,000 miles and raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for our charities since 2010. We are proud to continue that tradition this year in spite of our challenges. THANK YOU RIDERS!
